Pros
Good cameraderie between fellow employees. Excellent paid time off/sick time. Right in downtown Minneapolis if that is something you like.
Kontras
Pay levels are relatively low for the field. Extremely poor management and turnover. Management recently rolled out a new processing system that is much slower than the old one. This in turn is causing people to leave. So, slower processing + fewer employees + 6 month training process = long term underemployment at the company and extreme levels of stress on current employees.
