This is an absolute reflection of how they treat their customers. In addition to that they are very much an old school ivory tower company. Directors aren't welcome to bring ideas forward or to strategy meetings. It's hell on earth if you are innovative and competent because nobody at Bently wants to hear your ideas. Stay in your lane and do what you're told. Do that you'll have a long and easy career there.
