Pay is decent for a job you don't interview for, and asks very little of you intellectually and physically

Toxic inter-departmental culture, lots of on-the-job racism, animosity toward new employees is incredibly blatant and makes what should be an easy and relatively mindless job excruciating to walk into every day. Most days, I encountered 4-6 hours of downtime out of an 8 hour day except at the end of the month when they'd ask you to stay as late as 5-7 hours past your regular end-of-day. Symptomatic of poor management. They have also been losing some of their important contracts. Future does not look bright here.
