Pros

Good benefits, and flexible work schedule. Day to day challenges always keep you engaged. High mix of products, so you will not be bored.

Kontras

Low employee moral. The pay is at the lower end in the industry and not much opportunity to advance within the company unless you stick around for years and years.

Pros

Floor production staff is awesome; office staff not so much. Average blah company.

Kontras

Managers are poorly trained. Cheap salaries. Very poor work culture- ignores holidays, employee picnic/ get-togethers. Burdensome non-value work.

Pros

Met some good people while there that are still friends.

Kontras

Extremely difficult to suggest changes and being taken seriously. Benchmark is stuck on its hiring process. Where a piece of paper is worth more than experience.
