Management's head is severely placed in its backside. Internal bickering and politics dominate everything rather than data. Favoritism runs rampant. Company likes to talk about improvement, but never implements or achieves it. Middle managers are all above their head often placed in areas where they lack technical expertise. Upper management views this as a "teaching opportunity". Employees suffer. No accountability. Absentee Management in some areas as some managers are taking nearly 30 days off per year even though company policy is 10-15. Hourly workers forced to work mandatory OT while managers get to spend time with family or in company potlucks. Two buidings cause us/them dynamic that destroys teamwork. Horrible work/life balance. HR is no help. Healthcare benefits below standard in CA. Many have turned down for Covered California.
