      Belden really invests in their employees and cares about them building a career with them. Job security is also a big pro

      Pretty old school company. It's working to modernize and is dedicated to doing so, but still in many ways behind the curve

      Lot of incompetent senior managers specially in Pune office. Not the place to grow technically in software A very people know what software lifecycle and Project management is. A lot of micro managers
