Competitive pay, early advancement to management early in career

Kontras

Culture of the company is to blame others rather than address the broken processes. Very aggressive and no training in any job I've held. Only early advancement if you're male, not a woman friendly company

Lot of incompetent senior managers specially in Pune office. Not the place to grow technically in software A very people know what software lifecycle and Project management is. A lot of micro managers
