Good benefits, 401K contribution from Belden.

Kontras

Too much management layers. Micro managing, "top down" communication style. Poor work life balance. Management does not care or show empathy towards employees. They manage too much with metrics rather than common sense.

Lot of incompetent senior managers specially in Pune office. Not the place to grow technically in software A very people know what software lifecycle and Project management is. A lot of micro managers
