Our Client Service Department works collaboratively with our Behavior Technicians and clients to facilitate communication and solve any unforeseen situations regarding cancellations, time changes, fill-ins, etc. Policies and procedures are in place to ensure consistency for our team members and clients. Our Client Service Coordinator and Managers are available by phone and email if you’d like to review and adjust availability and requested hours.
