Good atmosphere. Friendly co-workers who go out of their way to help you. Welcoming environment without a lot of the formal corporate BS.

- Inefficient. A lot of information is maintained manually with pen & paper & faxes. Hundreds of pages of redundant paperwork to deal with every day. Is it 1984 or 2014? - Technologically inept. The computer systems they do have are quite dated and "new & improved" hardware and software rolled out by corporate management creates more problems than it solves. - Lax management, little attention to detail or professionalism. No developed training, safety or leadership programs. They talk the talk but don't walk the walk. - Corporate management more concerned with cost cutting than making sure the company runs well. Typical race to the bottom attitude. - No opportunity for advancement.
