Earlier it was a better place but not now. Most of managements and seniors are not experienced in any companies. So they're very illogical and unprofessional to deal/talk with. Employees are judged for small-small things like once you messed up with git so you may not get hike/promotion just for such silly things. Not open minded people, workplace is so serious.
