The workplace is flexible and not rigid

Always felt like I was a hamster on a wheel and that I was never going to be able to catch up on all my tasks as there were never enough resources. Compensation was not commensurate to work done and medical insurance was a joke, pointed this out to HR and was told that I had the option of topping up on the company's contribution so that I could get cover.

One of the best companies to work for in Kenya. The people are super cool and the culture is amazing.

Current office is located some minutes from town and getting there is sometime hectic, but the good thing is that the team works remotely
