Very detailed orientation program, bonus program, competitive salary. Management tries to give off the impression they care about you as an employee. A "volunteer day" is given once a year for employees to volunteer at an organization of their choice as long as it meets certain criteria.
Kontras
Lack of communication is the biggest issue. There are all these meetings but important things such as telling the consultant who their client is, are kept from employees until the last possible second. Everything the company does seems to be at the last possible second. They speak work/life balance but they offer less work/life balance than their competition.
