Their processes are far from standardized and there are no formal trainings of worth, leaving everyone clueless as to how things are meant to be done. Each project is utter chaos. Managers in senior positions are underqualified and are unprofessional in their handling of issues. Gossip culture leads to a very toxic work environment and that comes directly from senior level. How any trial is run successfully at BeiGene is beyond me.
