      Supportive team. Everyone is willing to help. Great benefits. Work/life balance is good. It could just be my department but I’ve had a great experience since starting!

      Ok medical insurance, not too expensive

      Kontras

      Aggressive environment, everything is rule based, tight control over employees, multiple status reports to different lines of management on what you do weekly. No work and life balance, unreasonable expectations, have to work nights and weekends for a pay that's below average.
