pays decent for most jobs in retail especially for someone right out of high school or if you have previous experience.
Kontras
Promotions go to favorites or outsiders and not always to most qualified internal applicants. Rules change daily and flip back and forth. Often policies are enforced for a week or two then forgotten or replaced. Upper management needs to get act together, corporate not store level.
