Culture is extremely toxic. Management is unorganized and only cares about their own image. Treat people badly and pay 2 months late even for interns that work overtime. Lack of communication about what's going on at a senior level. The only thing I learnt here is how not run a business.
Very poor egotistical leadership that does not listen to anyone's opinions. "I am the smartest person" approach to leadership. Far from true and destructive to accomplishing goals.
