Pros
Some great people who all are on the same page that we need to improve this place and there's a sense of "kumbaya". Healthcare benefits are good.

Oof - this place is kind of a disaster. No cost of living increases/raises, have to beg for a promotion and basically threaten to quit. No line of sight to any personal growth. No town halls or any communication on common goals from upper management to help alignment on priorities or foster a sense of community. No "extras" like company outings, community service work, incentive programs, lunch brought in, NOTHING. More and more work is being piled on with no additional headcount or compensation. Everyone is at their breaking point.
