During my time there, I witnessed a lack of leadership, with top management changing every two to three months. There was no clear vision or direction, which left employees increasingly frustrated. The HR department was particularly disappointing — lacking transparency and genuine engagement. They rarely took the time to communicate with employees, understand their needs, or address workplace issues. Their efforts seemed focused solely on pleasing top management rather than supporting the staff.
