With the acquisitions over the years, came a reduction in the ability to make vital decisions for your territory, as well as having to ask permission to buy airline tickets, and spend money to travel and manage your territory.

Pros

You have a lot of freedom. In fact, if you don't have a lot of self discipline, you could wind up without a job. You work from your home, which is both good and bad. You make your own hours and allot your own time. Not much interaction with management, or even other co-workers, after your initial training is over.

Kontras

The pay isn't very good. Most are a small salary plus a minimal commission. It's a huge company, so it has huge company issues. Too many steps to go through to get something simple done.
