They have a talented stable leadership team that rewards hard work. There is virtually no turnover since a group of self absorbed sales reps left the company in 2011. After that incident the company blossomed and grew like crazy. A bit of managed chaos. Their software platforms and RFID technology is very strong. They pay for personal trainers and yoga instructors in their private gym and have lots of events where they invite everyone. Free food quite often. This is definitely the best company I have worked for in my many years of working.

Their President manages the company, not the CEO. Jay their CEO seems to have his hands in a lot of things and acts more like a mad scientist. That being said a lot of very interesting stuff comes out of his office.
