Reasonable income, some room to move to other departments

Workload that is expected of you is unrealistic. Loads of pressure. Terrible training and then thrown in the deep end. Horrid, unfriendly lending boss who has a need to pick on people.

- friendly and approachable leadership team - great culture, flexible work, minimal politics - amazing people working there - great opportunities to learn and grow - responsibility is given if you prove you will deliver - feel like you can have an impact

A great example of doing finance differently

The company has great potential, but it is severely held back by poor upper and middle management. Team leadership often lacks key skills, is highly resistant to change, and feels threatened by anyone questioning the status quo. Career growth is rare or nonexistent, and employees who voice concerns face retaliation and gaslighting. Furthermore, HR fails to support staff and instead enables a toxic, unsafe work environment from the top down.
