The option for 90 minute workout lunches as long as you meet work commitments. Great benefits compared to industry. New HQ has great amenities with access to greenways and trails.

In office with no WFH (very very limited flexibility). It’s really hard work sometimes. Teams balance heavy workloads but relative to the industry it’s still within reason. Compensation could be higher. The Raleigh HQ Bandwidth experience differs from other locations.
