Pros
The culture is very good. It’s a fun atmosphere that encourages participation in non-work-related activities, such as sports clubs, spirit week, volunteering, etc. Employees are encouraged to interact and build relations. No heavy micro managing as long as you’re physically in the office. The management team provides a great deal of support. This type of environment is great for someone who’s spent time at much stricter tech companies.
Kontras
This is strictly an in-office company with very little flexibility (to some, this is not a con, but in a remote/hybrid world this is good to know going in). The pay is far lower than industry standard. It really is a trade off between wanting standard pay and a traditional tech environment or lower pay and a more relaxed environment.
