Extremely strict. They will assign you a lunch hour and you have no say in it. In order to change it, there are several layers of approval. They do not trust their employees. Leadership is very conservative. When the pandemic started they stated it was “no worse than the flu” and did not allow work from home, although it would have been extremely easy for this position to do so. They stopped allowing us to take PTO on Mondays and Fridays because too many people wanted those days off. I could go on and on. Leaving this place was the best decision I’ve ever made.
