Very environment conscious company with lots of growth and changes.

There are lots of changes as the company grows. Jobs change, roles change, new projects come up and employees need to change what they are working on.

Ability to choose what you want to work on. Consistency in moving around to different areas of the building, to never be in a certain area for a lengthy amount of timme.

Repeatedly telling employees that it was taking a long time for materials to be delivered; that the work on projects was being delayed; that we're going to get busy in either three weeks or in three months; that nobody in the building wants to work overtime. Instead of just directly telling employees that it's a temporary job, and you need to be prepared to get laid off.
