There is nothing positive about Baldface lodge.

Hostile work environment with sexual predators as guests and employees. Pay is poor. Jeff the Owner is a sellout and doesn’t care about staff or the guests.

Living up at elevation in the mountains is a great perk. The lodge is beautiful and the guests are really nice

Between colleagues it can feel a bit like high school. Its a lot about popularity, and if you are in, you’re in, and if you’re not, it wont be as good of a time
