Benefits are good; you do get shares in the bank after 3 years, but it's private, so don't expect to sell them on the open market. Tech support and travel are also generally good. If you do work in Milwaukee, you're living the high life, as your salary probably equates to $300K + in New York City. So, overall, if you don't like New York, have a family that you actually want to see, and live like a King in Milwaukee (or a duke in Chicago), it's a good place to be. They also don't do mass lay-offs and other morale-sapping stupidity.
