Pros

I have only been apart of the team for about 2 months but so far they have been great about making sure I'm not lost. They have been on top of keeping in contact with me since day one of joining the team. From what I have gathered in the last couple months is BTS is very dedicated to the mission and has no interest in slowing down in the future, which is great for the future of the employees. I served in the Army before joining the team and BTS has made and is still making the effort to make the transition from the military to the civilian world. One of the bigger pros I have come to learn is BTS is not a very large company which from what can tell makes it a little easier for the staff to be more involved with the employees. Overall, so far I have had a great experience with BTS.

I have yet to come across anything too significant to put in here other than the last minute SASMO notifications for the employees heading down range. At the same time I understand that is one of those things that the company doesn't have much control of and like I said previously, nothing too significant.

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, the SASMO slating process is managed by the Customer and their timeline for confirming attendees is not consistent. As we understand it, the security clearance process can be unpredictable. We try to maintain communications with the Customer and our candidates and provide updates as soon as we know.
