Great work life balance, good pay, good for professional development, nice culture and opportunity to make lots of connections both inside and out of the company. There's always an opportunity for your opinion to be heard if you think things can be done differently.

Processes can be slow at times. Senior management often lack direction and when times get tough, they don't hesitate to make cuts. There's a lot of people who have been at the company for a long time and employ a "we've always done it this way attitude", but it does feel like it is starting to shift away from that.
