Most of the people working are underpaid ***If you choose to leave BT due to compensation they won't hold you back (Will hire someone on the higher package externally but won't revise your compensation) ***People who don't deserve to be promoted - one fine day you will find yourself working for them. They will look down on you, ridicule you and make you feel that you are good for nothing!
