Great and Mature Pre-sales org. Good training and a strong feeling of team support. No micro management. Can be very successful and many opportunities given to grow and change roles

Very flat structure. looks to have work load in waves. Promotion rounds are slow (1-2 years). Bonused not commisioned, so a lot less pressure but no way to make 150% OTE etc
