What I regret most is the impact this job had on my health. I gradually lost motivation, confidence, and enthusiasm for work. No job is worth sacrificing your mental and physical well-being. If you're considering joining, look beyond the promises and carefully evaluate the culture. A workplace should help you grow, not leave you exhausted and questioning yourself.

Feedback from employees did not appear to be taken seriously, and interactions with senior leadership could feel intimidating rather than supportive. Overall, I found the culture to be stressful, overly controlling, and lacking in professional leadership and employee development.
