They do not have any attendance requirement for students. Many students do not attend classes and always blame the faculty members for their failure in their academics and failure to get a good job. Students don't give a damn about the faculty and they are very disrespectful to the faculty. A lot of issues with students such as cheating in the exams, smoking, alcohol use and others. Many of the heads of the departments and the head of the institute at that time were sadists. They harass the faculty members, shout at them, and make them cry. Faculty members are overworked and underpaid. Unfair in allotment of houses and other perks. It is not worth working there.
