Working with colleagues that were very positive and I made a couple of friends.

BICS was focused on developing channels for delivery of financial services to the remote areas of Nigeria through the agent banking platform. I was working with the project lead. Unfortunately there was no proper structure set in place to achieve this. I was not clear as to what I was required to perform and the salary was not regular.
