Don't completely trust leadership despite their sugar coated conversations. They may take the carpet off your feet anytime if their relationship with their client company wavers! I was given less than four days notice of termination with the company I was contracted with and BESTMSLs didn't have the courtesy to revert with reasonable reason for premature contract termination.
