Laid back place to work - Manager bei BERG Chilling Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Was offered a Project Manager position. I was however warned by the recruiting agent that they either like you or they don't.

Office politics. I was fired after 1 week because a lady in purchasing complained I had challenged her while she was helping me on something I asked her to help me with. Next day I was told they're letting me go, they didn't even tell me what it was that I did exactly that bothered them, I had to ask. They never asked for my side of the story and when I tried to explain, they didn't care. So watch out for a lady in purchasing who will get you fired because she doesn't like to help you, even though management says she's the one to ask if you need help from purchasing. She struggled to answer my question and when I asked more questions, she felt "challenged".

I have been employed with Berg since Sept 2018, my experience thus far has been very positive. The Company has a family working environment, you are not just an employee number. I have been able to learn new skills and work with Senior Management on projects and committees leaving me feeling appreciated and part of a team.
