Pros

Wonderful co-workers and lovely office space in a beautiful city. And they do pay for your parking. They'll throw employees a pizza luncheon or some bagels for breakfast every now and then - nothing to write home about though.

Kontras

Bare minimum holidays, not even Christmas Eve, while the "brass" takes off every Jewish holiday under the sun. Hardly a raise for years on end, then when they are given they are a slap in the face, as in $0.20 per hour or worse. Never replacing employees who quit, simply spreading their workload among already overworked staff.

Pros

There are no pros the treat employee like trash put you in terrible situations then get rid of you. They don’t take care of there vehicles and send you to bedbug and cockroach jobs. They say you can turn a job down if you do they threaten to fire you. The lie about payments and don’t give bonuses. They also mess up everyone of your paychecks and make you fight forever to get pay fixed. They don’t respect lunch times and expect you to have the motivation to keep going. They want you to leave or breathe Belfor or suffer the consequences.

Kontras

They work you to death make you employee of the year then promise you the world just to fire you for no reason and don’t show you proof. Put you in situations that doesn’t follow OSHA guidelines. Insurance fraud jokesters. Don’t follow IICRC guidelines. Go against their own company policies.
