If you negotiate to come in as a Senior sales rep, the pay is decent. *** please note it is very VERY difficult to get this coming in and even after paperwork is signed, you'll have to double check it was inputted in the system correctly. (Spoiler alert, it usually is NOT)

-internal systems are broken (ex. it takes a week or longer to get a capital quote to a customer) -micromanagement is rampant with excessive paperwork because management doesn't know how to use the tools at their disposal -mediocre/subpar products that are regularly on backorder and mostly overpriced -favoritism and caddy behaviors amongst teams and management = bad culture -retaliation/managed out of outspoken/knowledgeable reps
