      Bonne entreprise - bonnes conditions de travail (salaire élevé, flexibilité des horaires, home office, etc)

      Kontras

      Beaucoup moins de flexibilité depuis 2024 (3 ou 4 jours in office obligatoire, contrôle des jours de présence)..... Ce retour en arrière est entrain de détériorer la culture de l'entreprise. Problème de parking Problème d'espace au bureau (pas assez de bureaux et pas assez de salle de réunion)

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Kontras

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
