      Great benefits and job security.

      Little to no career development. Poor reward/recognition system. Subpar salaries for scientists, most likely due to location.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Kontras

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
