Low Salaries. Low increments, there are no KPI to measure annual performance. Managers doesn't know about what team does what and which employee is capable to do what. Managers only listen to the Senior roles and act accordingly, they do not even listen to the junior engineers if there is dispute in the team. Employees leaving every other day and new people joining, they cannot retain the employees much longer.
