Poor employee relations - Systems Engineer bei BD: Mitarbeiterbewertung

They are a burn and turn company! They care nothing about their employees. They outsource most of their operations to India including HR, IT and other employee critical functions. They claim to have a focus on "quality" but that is a big hypocritical statement, there is nothing quality about this company not even their products. Other than their pension plan their benefits suck, worst health benefits I have ever had. Again showing they really do not care about their employees. It's all about the profit.
