Pros
BD Biosciences is a very interesting place to work. They really do take their social responsibility very seriously. They produce very good and high quality products. They really do want to make a difference in patients lives. There are some really good people working there who are very dedicated. My work was interesting and I had a lot of opportunity to work on interesting projects.
Kontras
There are some managers that are very knowledgable and some that hold eqivualent positions that have no clue what they are doing. The funny thing is that the upper management has no clue that there is such a disparity in skill sets. Also, there are some managers that reguarly use threats and intimidation to run their departments. They use their positons of authority to bully their emplyees while the upper management turns a blind eye to it. There is a manager there that is a sociopath and has a strange fasination with Baers. Pun intended.
