Lots of people coming from outside industy that are expected to be trained on the job, this jeopardizes client progress and relationships. Additionally, due to their silos, each business line competes with each other, sometimes on the same account. For example, PMO is not in the corner or in support of the Agile Transformation side. Lots of head butting between PMs and Agile Transformation leaders.
