The CEO is relatively new and is doing a great job of growing the organization, by adding new programs, creating a foundation, and enhancing employee benefits. The pay and benefits are competitive, especially for a nonprofit. On top of that, there is good work/life balance and the people who work here are genuinely nice people who want to help one another succeed. The office itself is beautiful. It is brand new with top-notch facilities, including a great gym and nice rooftop lounge/work area.
