You share some funny moments with coworkers and clients. You get to do admin work and some A/R duties because the A/R doesn't like to deal with clients that much. The owner & some salesmen are nice and bondable. You get to go home early around 1 pm

Management is a bit biased.
If you bring up an issue, expect to be let go. Some salesmen will try to blame you for everything. People like to point finger instead of resolving the issue. Expect to fail because the trainer won't train you properly especially if you're a coloured person. Some clients don't know how to set boundaries and end up sexually harassing you. You have to be at work around 4 am. No buses running in the area during that time so you have to either live close to the terminal & walk in the morning or have a car.
