Horrendous - English Teacher bei BAE Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Completely carefree higher management with no understanding of what work is required from the frontline - agreeing to any whim of Saudi authority with poor negotiation. Total short term thinking to milk the system and get out before it collapses. The working hours are brutal - for the hours you put in you can earn more money working two jobs elsewhere. Junior management do not (or aren't able to) communicate with employees enough. It's a circus.
