This position with BAE Systems was the worst job experience of my professional career. No hyperbole. The job is stressful and demanding by nature, and the managers, mission partners, and operations chiefs made the experience even worse. I experienced so much sexism, racism, and harassment that, after quitting, I chose to take a temporary hiatus from working and have been in counseling ever since. Additionally, whenever I reported the issues i was experiencing to my supervisor his response was always "Noone else has said anything about, so I don't think it's a problem." In my three years there, the management always demonstrated a certain level of incompetency. But towards the end of my time there the issue had grown exponentially. The managers rarely ever even came to work. These complaints are coming from an individual who was a junior manager at the company, thus I had an inside look into the blatant disregard the demonstrated.
