To address your concerns around Onboarding new employees - You may or may not be aware, but we have created a new team dedicated to looking after candidates from the point of verbal offer to their first day in the office and up to 100 days in situ. They are engaging with the candidate and their new manager to make sure that everything is in place for a much smoother start to their role. We have also created a bespoke portal for new joiners to communicate with one another prior to joining, so that they already have a network on day one.
